POLICY & PROCEDURES FOR PURCHASE
The aim of Reign Social Club is to facilitate your purchasing of tickets to your favorite events (concerts, plays, theatres, shows, etc.), easier, more convenient and pleasant. Reign Social Club purchase policies are intended to make sure you understand the process of buying tickets from us on reignhtx.net. These Policies & Procedures for Purchase are subject to Reign Social Club Terms & Conditions and are incorporated by reference, here in these policies.
The ticket you buy from Reign Social Club is only a license to attend a specific event you have purchased the ticket for, and such license can be revoked, if any of Reign Social Clubs’ policies, Terms & Conditions, or additional conditions on the tickets and /or any other laws or regulations are violated by You, the purchaser of such ticket.

HOW YOU PAY FOR TICKETS
You have a variety of options to pay for the tickets you purchase from reignhtx.net. We accept major credit cards including, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. The price of tickets for the events taking place within the United States is in U.S. Dollar.

CONFIRMATION NUMBER
Please note that if after you submitted the required payment information, you do not receive a confirmation number/ letter, or email, it is your responsibility to confirm with your Customer Section, whether or not your requested order has been placed. Reign Social Club will not be liable for any pecuniary/monetary and /or any other losses due to your erroneous presumption that your order has not been placed because you did not receive confirmation.

FACILITATION & PROCESSING CHARGES
When you purchase tickets on reignhtx.net, you will be charged a facilitation fee per ticket and a non-refundable processing fee per order. Your tickets may be subject to a delivery cost/fee, if applicable.

YOU CAN BUY LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS
In order to establish a fair purchasing method and to prevent unfair attempts and practices of buying tickets, there is a limitation on the particular number of the tickets you may purchase for a specific event i.e. the“purchase limit”. The “purchase limit” for each event would be determined by Reign Social Club.

AFTER YOU PURCHASED YOUR TICKETS,
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE PROHIBITED
Please carefully select and purchase your desired event on reignhtx.net. You must thoroughly review all information pertinent to the event, including but not limited to the date, time and contents of the programs and event/s, prior to purchasing any tickets on reignhtx.net. This is of highly importance since reignhtx.net prohibits and does not allow to refund or exchange, after you have purchased the ticket. You also need to safeguard your tickets because reignhtx does not allow any refund or exchange for your lost, stolen, destroyed, torn, obliterated or damaged tickets.

YOUR MUST PROVIDE ACCURATE AND CURRENT BILLING & CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
YOUR TICKETS MAY BE CANCELLED, IF INFORMATION IS NOT VERIFIED
Please note that it is your obligation to provide accurate and current billing and credit card information to Reign Social Club for a ticket order, including a billing address and other billing information. No ticket order could be processed unless the credit card and billing information is verified. In case of existence of any inaccuracy, discrepancy or mistake in your billing and credit card information, your order may be cancelled by Reign Social Club and your tickets may be sold to another consumer without further notice. However, the Consumer Department of Reign Social Club will try to contact you through the information you have provided and if Reign Social Club is not able to contact you, your ticket may be cancelled and sold.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF REIGN SOCIAL CLUB’S TRADE MARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IS ILLEGAL
Use of Reign Social Club’s trade marks and intellectual property is illegal unless Reign Social Club has expressly consented in writing. Your tickets will be cancelled or seized, if any attempt is made on your part to unlawfully resell any ticket . Without the written express consent of the event organizer and Reign Social Club, no ticket shall be used for the promotional, sweepstakes, or advertising purposes.

REIGN SOCIAL CLUB HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND YOUR TICKET IN CASE OF ERROR
Reign Social Club reserves the right to cancel and refund your ticket when an error occurs with respect to the price, or the time of availability for sale, and/or other relevant matters to the ticket which are announced on reignhtx.net caused by a machine or human error, computer malfunctions, and /or other Reign Social Club’s operational system and programs.

LIMITED LIABILITY
When you purchase ticket through Reign Social Club, you expressly agree to be bound by Reign Social Club’s Terms and Conditions ( Pls. review Reign Social Club’s Term & Conditions, which are herein, incorporated by reference) on your behalf. You further expressly agree to bear and assume all the risks and liabilities pertinent to, and as the result of, the event ( before, during or after the event) that Reign Social Club has issued the ticket for.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
 ReignHTX, Private Social Club.

 BY APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP WITH REIGNHTX YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:


 ReignHTX is a private club. Members understand that it is their sole responsibility to store and remove all alcoholic products from their table by 2 A.M.

 ReignHTX is established with the intent of providing the practice of an alternative lifestyle for like-minded, consenting, selective members over the age of 21 who are not offended by nudity nor the witnessing of sexual acts by consenting adults. You hereby agree that this does not offend you in any way.

ReignHTX has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy as it pertains to SELLING, BUYING, DISTRIBUTING, USING, OR SOLICITING OF ILLEGAL DRUGS. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY FORM OF SOLICITATION OF PROSTITUTION, FIGHTING AND TOUCHING WITHOUT CONSENT. FURTHERMORE, STRANGULATION/SEXUAL CHOCKING IS ALSO PROHIBITED. ENFORCEMENT OF THESE RESTRICTIONS WILL RESULT IN YOUR BEING ASKED TO LEAVE, FORFEITING OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT IF NECESSARY. ReignHTX is a smoke/vape-free club. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas (in compliance with local city ordinances/policies). 

ReignHTX prohibits the use of cell phones inside the club. If you need to make a call, please step into the lobby area.

 ReignHTX does not allow photos to be taken inside the club. No cameras, video or audio equipment, or other type of recording media is allowed on the premises without the written permission of ReignHTX management.

ReignHTX members and guests are expected to always behave in a respectable manner, abide by the rules & policies and UNDERSTAND THAT NO MEANS NO!

 ReignHTX is a private, members-only social club, and only approved members may attend it's functions. This agreement is part of the club application. Entry on the premises and in the club is prohibited if you disagree with any part of these contractual provisions. FURTHERMORE, entry into the club’s premises constitutes your consent of these contractual provisions and CONFIRMS YOUR AGREEMENT THAT YOU ARE NOT OFFENDED BY NUDITY OR EXPLICIT SEXUAL BEHAVIOR.

 In addition to a membership fee, members will be required to pay a nightly entry fee for every night they attend a club function. The membership and nightly entry fees are posted online at reignhtx.net and are subject to change without notice. MEMBERSHIP FEES AND NIGHTLY ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE except as provided below.
The signing of this application, payment of membership fee and nightly entry fee DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PERMANENT MEMBERSHIP. Membership is not granted until the membership committee reviews and approves your application. You will, however, be allowed as a temporary member for the night once this agreement is signed and the appropriate membership and nightly entry fees are paid. ALL PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLY TO BOTH TEMPORARY AND ESTABLISHED MEMBERS. The ReignHTX membership committee meets weekly at which time your application is considered for Membership. Should the ReignHTX membership committee decide that you are an inappropriate candidate for membership, ReignHTX will refund the unused portion of all membership fees paid which are requested in writing. Any fee refund, for membership decline, not requested in writing within 90 days after your application date will be waived and forfeited to ReignHTX. FURTHERMORE, you agree that ReignHTX shall retain all membership and nightly entry fees you have paid in exchange for your temporary admittance and for the cost of processing your application. 
If at any time we feel that you may be a danger to yourself or others as a result of drinking, we reserve the right to call a cab/ride share for you and ask you to leave the club. Management also reserves the right to refuse membership and/or entrance to the club to anyone wearing unacceptable clothing ( Dress code can be found on reignhtx.net). Members in violation of these rules will be asked to leave. No one is allowed to enter without a membership. Memberships are non-transferrable. If this is a couples membership and the status of the couple changes, the membership is void and all fees paid are non-refundable to both members.
 
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT A STRIP/GENTLEMAN'S CLUB WHICH PROVIDE ENTERTAINMENT.

I/WE AFFIRM THAT:
1. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE UNDERSIGNED IS TRUE AND ACCURATE AND WILL REMAIN THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF REIGNHTX. 
2. The undersigned understands and agrees that ReignHTX reserves the right to deny entry/membership, IN IT'S SOLE JUDGEMENT, for inappropriate conduct, behavior, attire, supplying false information and any other reason, including member not being a fit for membership. HOWEVER, such denial will not be based on race, color, sex, religion, physical disability or national orgin. The undersigned understands and agrees that entry/membership maybe denied due to ReignHTX reaching its nightly limit of single males as it deems appropriate.
 3. The undersigned does not serve in any capacity as a law enforcement officer, investigator, inspector, agent, employee, or informant of any local municipal, county, state, or federal government agency or department; In the alternative, the undersigned affirms that such status has been duly and fully disclosed in writing on this form
. 4. The undersigned is not a reporter, investigator, informant, or independent contractor associated with assisting or employed by any broadcast, print, internet, or other news or entertainment media nor any organization which disseminates information in any way to the general public; in the alternative the undersigned affirms that such status has been duly disclosed in writing on this form
. 5. The application of the undersigned is made in good faith, for the sole purpose of obtaining membership at ReignHTX and participating in events hosted by ReignHTX, and not for any other purpose.

I hereby state that I wish to become a member of ReignHTX private social club, I further acknowledge that I have read this application form in its entirety along with the rules and terms above. I hereby agree to abide by the terms of the application and the regulations of ReignHTX and UNEQUIVOCALLY STATE THAT NO FORM OF NUDITY OF SEXUAL ACTIVITY OFFENDS ME and that it is my desire to become a member of ReignHTX. 
In the event of a dispute under this agreement, it shall be enforced by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in HARRIS COUNTY Texas, under Texas law, and under the International Rules of the American Arbitration Association unless the parties agree on different rules.
6. I furthermore affirm that I am not an employee of ReignHTX nor do I or will I ever act on behalf of ReignHTX as such and that I/we are 21 years old or over. 

I DECLARE UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY THAT THE INFORMATION I ENTERED ON THIS FORM IS TRUE AND CORRECT.
