2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The acts, conduct, and language prohibited on Reign Social Club Sites include but are not limited to the following:
Content patently offensive to the public and online viewers — including content that advocates or incites violence, breach of peace, hateful speech, racism, bigotry, or injury or damages of any kind upon any class, group, minority, person(s), or minor.
Promoting, inciting, or causing harassment of any kind against minors, individuals, or groups.
Distributing, publishing, or transmitting unsolicited emails, messages, spam, junk mail, and the like.
Defamatory, libelous, slanderous, derogatory, or false statements against any individual or group.
Misleading or false statements, and statements that advocate or cause unlawful, threatening, or abusive conduct, acts, or transactions.
Abusive, threatening, obscene, or indecent language and messages.
Pornographic, morbid, shameful, or sexual material in any kind or form.
Publishing, republishing, or transmitting (in any kind or form) copyrighted music, literature, devices, graphics, works, trademarked works, or materials belonging to another person, group, or entity, with knowledge.
Advocating, inviting, or engaging in any commercial transaction or activity without our prior written permission and consent — including but not limited to advertising, barter, sweepstakes, and similar acts or schemes.
Asking for personal information from any individual under 18 years of age.
Engaging or exposing minors and individuals under the age of 18, in any way or manner, by any means or methods, in sexual or violent material.
Publishing any material or providing any guidelines or instructions for engaging in any unlawful conduct or activity — including but not limited to buying or selling illegal materials, substances, or objects.
